Receptionist / Hostess

 

We are looking for an outgoing, personable individual to handle incoming calls, book reservations, and take detailed messages for event coordinators. During hours of operation, this person will welcome and seat incoming guests, as well as track all reservations and seating status via Open Table. This person will report directly to our Staffing Manager and Director of Private Events. 

 

Hours: Mon – Sat, lunch and dinner shifts available

Compensation: Based on experience

Skills: Professional and articulate speaking with guests in-person and via phone.

Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Server

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven individuals to join our team. Our servers will learn about the rich legacy of Irma’s and will carry that message to our guests through warm hospitality and a guided dining experience that is unique to our restaurant’s culture. This person will report directly to our Staffing Manager. 

Hours: Mon – Sat, lunch and dinner shifts available

Compensation: Based on experience (plus tips)

Skills: Professional with a focus on the guest experience. Fluency in Spanish a plus.

TABC and Food Handlers Certification required.

 

Bartender

 

We are looking for talented bartenders with the motivation to make the guest experience one they won’t forget. The bartender will be required to learn the cocktail menu and assist in inventory and reporting. As we specialize in tequila, the bartender will need to be educated on all aspects of the varieties we offer. This person will report to our Bar & Lounge Manager. 

Hours: Mon – Sat, lunch and dinner shifts available

Compensation: Based on experience (plus tips)

Skills: Professional with a focus on the guest experience. Fluency in Spanish a plus. 

TABC and Food Handlers Certification required.

Kitchen Manager

 

We are looking for an individual with experience managing a restaurant kitchen. This person will work directly with our management team to handle food inventory, kitchen staff, and menus. The kitchen manager will also play a major role in our event planning and execution. This person will report directly to the owner of the restaurant. 

 

Hours: Full-time

Compensation: Salary based on experience

Skills: Management experience and ability to work with a large team a must.

Fluency in Spanish a plus. Food Manager Certification required.

Floor Manager

 

We are looking for an experienced individual to become part of the management team. This individual will manage the restaurant staff and oversee operations during business hours. This person will handle any issues that arise, will provide leadership and guidance to staff, and will report directly to the owner of the restaurant. 

 

Hours: Full-time

Compensation: Salary based on experience

Skills: Management experience, leadership, and problem-solving a must.

Fluency in Spanish a plus.
